hae kun - taro & yam fried dumplings wrapped in bean curd sheet, was originally prepared with shrimp & pork, but our chef creates it to accommodate our vegetarian crowds and you know what...it tastes uber good. it is cooked in a steamer and fried to keep the crunches. best served with our house made sweet chili jam.
