stir-fried flat cabbage. with 3 simple ingredients in the sauce: fish sauce, palm sugar & a lot of love from us. al dente...so you can still get the crunch. best part is the pork lard and most difficult part is to render it down slowly for hours but we gotta keep stirring so it doesn't get burnt. our pork lard is prepared freshly everyday!
